Camp Bay Estates is a high-end development on the east end of the island with 24-hour security, restaurant/bar, and all lots have awesome ocean views. 

Agreement to Build is an available option for purchase. This would allow you to pick one of our set designs or a developer approved design. This agreement would require 10% down, an additional 40% is due within 30 days of breaking ground, an additional 40% after house is dried in, and the final 10% is due after the punch list is completed and satisfactory to homeowner and closing.
