Heading our projects is Scott Miller, a certified builder & structural engineer from the U.S. Along with development in Roatan, Scott is immersed in crafting multifamily homes and expansive apartment complexes in Arizona. With his knowledge and over 25 years of extensive building experience across residential and commercial domains in the U.S., Scott is a master in constructing incredible projects from the ground up.

His goal is crystal clear: to establish residences and resorts in Roatan that meet stringent American standards for structural robustness. His ultimate aim is to instill a sense of security and confidence among residents pursuing their dream of living on the island.
